Worship Lead - Part-time
We're looking for a Worship Lead to join us at Larkhall Baptist Church, someone who loves Jesus, loves the local church, and is passionate about helping people meet with God through sung worship. This is a part-time role (17.5 hours a week, for an initial three year period). We're looking for someone with experience of leading worship, someone who is a strong vocalist, as well as being a confident musician. Just as importantly, you'll be an encourager who enjoys spotting and nurturing gifts in others, helping to build and equip a team, including musicians and media volunteers so that our worship is focused on Jesus, as well as being sustainable and shared. You'll work closely with our preachers, media team and leadership to make our gatherings flow well, so good organisation and a the ability to work with others matter as much as musical ability.
