Booking Process

Please read the booking policy and fill in the booking form. Give as much information as possible. This will make it easier for us to get back to you with a decision

Our booking team will either confirm whether the space is available or not. We aim to do this within 48 hours.
If you've not heard within this time, please email us at bookings@larkhallbaptist.org.uk

Once you know whether the space is available or not, we will send you a link where you can pay the amount due for your booking online. This must be paid in full in order for you booking to be confirmed.

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll be sent the Booking Guidelines - these will outline our expectations of you during the course of the booking. They will also make clear the condition that the building must be left in, as well as any practical details you might need to know with reference to your booking.
